These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Treavio ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

Treavio is operated by a natural person based in the Czech Republic.

Governing law: Czech law, with EU consumer rights preserved.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Treavio. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Treavio. In particular, you will not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.
  • Upload content that violates laws, third-party rights, or public morality.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent content.
  • Scrape or extract data through automated means without our consent.
  • Interfere with the availability or functionality of the Service.

4. Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In, you authorize Treavio to process the Google account data described in our Privacy Policy solely for authentication and account management.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in Treavio. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Treavio brand, design, source code, and all other content created by us is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Use without our consent is not permitted.

7. Service availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for maintenance, security, or product improvement reasons.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This limitation does not affect consumer rights under EU and Czech law that cannot be contractually excluded.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Consumer rights under EU and member state law remain unaffected.

For out-of-court dispute resolution, consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), www.coi.cz, or use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
